• Employment Type: Permanent
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
• Car Allowance: $300/monthly
• Cell Phone Allowance: $75/monthly
• Travel Requirements: More than 50%, including travel to Miami for onboarding, training, and quarterly meetings
• Schedule: Set your own hours with 4 days in the field and 1 day remote from home

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development
• Established network of physicians/hospitals in the Naples healthcare market
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels, including C-suite leadership
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting goals and objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly business plan to promote physician referral growth
• Act as a product line expert and communicate effectively with MDs, offices, and patients
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and train Physician Business Development employees
• Execute strategic priorities and manage strategic projects annually
• Conduct educational outreach and serve as a primary liaison between local healthcare providers and our organization
