Lead Graphic Designer, Digital MarketingThe Lead Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing is a senior individual contributor who elevates the quality and consistency of digital marketing design across the team. This role does not carry direct management responsibilities — there are no direct reports, performance reviews, or hiring duties attached to it.What sets this role apart is scope and influence. The Graphic Design Lead owns the most complex digital marketing projects, sets the art direction standard for the channel, mentors peer designers, and represents the Design team in cross-functional conversations with Marketing and channel partners.
