In Brief
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to bring a product mindset to everything we do at Verified, including our flagship product 1-Click Signup. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work very closely with the co-founders and development team to turn ideas into transformative features.

What You’ll Do
We think of product in the broadest sense of the term — as the total surface area through which a prospect or customer will interact with Verified. You’ll have broad influence over not just our core 1-Click Signup product but also our Demo, Docs, Dashboard, website, and internal tools. You’ll work very closely with the founders (especially Liam) to transform high level product ideas and feature requests into detailed designs and specifications.
Product Leadership: Work closely with the founders to design and spec the future of our flagship product, 1-Click Signup, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Specifications and User Stories: Collaborate with founders and the dev team to create clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable tasks.
Prototyping and Design: Use tools like Figma or Sketch to translate ideas into intuitive and functional designs, gathering feedback for iterative improvements.
Customer-Centric Development: Engage directly with customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to gather feedback and prioritize features that drive impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the business and leadership teams to integrate product improvements into go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across teams.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze product performance metrics and user data to refine features and inform decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Required
3 -10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or self-service software.
Proven ability to write clear product specs, user stories, and tasks.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to align diverse teams and articulate product decisions.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma or Sketch to create mockups and gather feedback.
Bonus
Startup experience or founder background is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the fintech, regtech, or identity industries in the United States.
Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar) to inform product decisions.
Knowledge of automation tools, especially emerging AI tooling.

Base salary range: $120,000 - $180,000.
