• Experience consulting on and positioning the business ROI of engaging with recommended services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong comfort level with AI technologies
• Ability to provide a level of certainty and urgency to a customer
• Strategic mindset and ability to help customers with their long-term planning
• Very detailed-oriented and strong project management skills
• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy
