As a Lead Strategic Accounts 3 CNV, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connectivity and storytelling.
About the Role
As a direct sales position, this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, account planning and strategy, and pursuing new sales opportunities. You'll be the key to unlocking new business growth and delivering innovative solutions that meet the strategic priorities of our customers. With a strong focus on sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management, you'll be the face of AT&T for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily on customer premise, create existing/new sales for solutions delivery meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products/services/systems/solutions.
- With the aid of support resources, identify sales opportunity solutions and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned highly complex accounts/projects.
- Build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information, obtain prospects, and support contract renewal efforts.
- Develop responses to Request for Proposals and demonstrate broad and strong working knowledge of entire product/service line.
- Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities, delivering valuable solutions that meet their strategic business objectives.
- Own account relationships, responsible for meeting revenue objectives, and demonstrate sustained record of sales achievement.
- Effectively influence customers, diffusing potential problems, and support the sales team through coaching or mentoring.
- Lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned highly complex accounts/projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8-12 years of direct work experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales achievement and account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Knowledge of industry trends and applications.
- Consultative sales skills and experience.

Compensation and Benefits
As a Lead Strategic Accounts 3 CNV, you'll enjoy a competitive salary package, including:
- Salary range: $94,100 - $141,100 per year.
- Commission structure: up to $70,000 per year.
