With a relentless focus on risk mitigation, compliance, and customer trust, careerzynith invests heavily in the people who keep its operations running smoothly – the investigators, analysts, and frontline associates who detect, assess, and resolve payment risk challenges every day. Our commitment to continuous learning is woven into the fabric of the business: we believe that the best way to protect customers and uphold trust is to empower our talent with cutting‑edge, data‑driven learning experiences that evolve as the threat landscape changes.
As part of careerzynith’s Global Customer Trust Training (CCT) initiative, the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team partners with Operations, Quality, Product, and Global Process Owners to create, maintain, and continuously improve learning curricula that drive performance, compliance, and career growth for both new hires and seasoned investigators. If you are a learning professional who is obsessed with people, thrives on solving complex instructional challenges, and wants to shape the future of risk‑focused learning at a global scale, this role is crafted for you.
Role Overview
The Learning Experience Designer will serve as a senior architect of learning solutions for careerzynith’s Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. - Own the end‑to‑end curriculum lifecycle – from needs analysis, content design, development, and localization to delivery, assessment, and post‑implementation evaluation.
- Maintain and refresh curricula on a regular cadence, ensuring content remains current with regulatory changes, tool updates, and emerging risk patterns.
- Mentor and coach junior LXDs and apprentices, sharing best practices, design standards, and process efficiencies to build a high‑performing learning design community.
- Partner with business stakeholders (Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and Global Process Owners) to identify knowledge gaps, define learning objectives, and co‑create technical and non‑technical training assets.
- Apply project management methodologies to manage multiple medium‑ to large‑scale learning projects simultaneously, delivering on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Embed data collection and feedback loops throughout learning solutions, leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights that drive continuous performance improvement.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of key tasks and skills, develop competency models, and measure the impact of training on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by refining curriculum templates, streamlining development workflows, and championing instructional integrity across the LXD team.
- Facilitate localization and inclusive design to ensure learning experiences are culturally relevant and accessible to a global audience of investigators.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in a learning or technology‑enabled environment.
- At least 5 years of cross‑functional collaboration with both technical and non‑technical teams, demonstrating the ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning solutions.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data, metrics, and continuous‑feedback mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human‑Centered Design, Business, or a related field.
