FamFluence exclusively manages over 100 influencers across reputed company, reputed company and YouTube. We handle reputed company media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent.
Are you passionate about reputed company and looking to reputed company a difference in the fast-paced world of reputed company marketing? Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing reputed company reputed company to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and incredibly collaborative.
Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze reputed company for reputed company agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
• Draft and modify contract templates.
• Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation.
• Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal reputed company.
Qualifications:
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred.
• 2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in entertainment, marketing, or reputed company management is a plus.
Location: Remote
