Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Health Care Fraud Division.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports using a personal computer.
• Manage office tasks including filing, data entry, and information retrieval.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of legal files and records.
• Coordinate meetings and schedules for legal staff.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of administrative support experience, including one year of legal secretarial practices.
• Proficiency in using personal computers for document preparation and information management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Nice-to-haves
• Stenographic skills may be beneficial.
