Position Overview
Clarity Consciousness Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically those with LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT credentials, to join our growing team. This full-time role offers an opportunity to provide crucial mental health services to clients while working remotely from the vibrant city of San Francisco, California. The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent.

Work Environment
This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong support network from your colleagues and supervisors. As an outpatient facility, our team utilizes video conferencing tools for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive uninterrupted and consistent care in a comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate open discussions with clients to explore their emotions and experiences, thereby promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, helping them identify their needs and establish achievable, measurable goals tailored to their circumstances.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, efficiently leveraging technology to deliver both video and in-person sessions to best meet each client's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' mental health statuses, creating customized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement solution-based approaches, regularly reviewing treatment efficacy and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure continual progress.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on complex cases, enhancing the collective knowledge and skills of the team.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clients we serve encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven experience providing mental health counseling services to a variety of client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of diverse client needs and identities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills that facilitate dynamic interactions with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as participate fully in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering mental health counseling services effectively.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Track record of advocating for clients in mental health initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing access to mental health resources.
