We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse for our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of physicians or RNs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone
- Manage patient communications through the portal, addressing medication-related concerns.
- Perform basic triage to assess patient needs and escalate when necessary.
- Support safe and efficient patient care with knowledge of GLP1s and peptides.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
