Qualifications Experience with Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage or we can train you. Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Insurance or we can train you. Proficiency in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment Relevant state licensure for life and health insurance or willingness to acquire it Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals Previous experience in financial services or insurance is a plus but not mandatory
