Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, territory management, and building strong customer relationships across various industries. The Sales Executive will utilize their expertise in B2B sales, management, and marketing to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Manage and develop existing client accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Develop tailored sales strategies for different territories and customer segments.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling relevant products or services.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to our products.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Experience
• Must have 3 or more years of experience in oral care or beauty
• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within B2B environments.
• Strong background in product sales with a focus on technical solutions is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, direct sales, and territory sales strategies..
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions to clients.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
