    • Optimize website content for search engine visibility and user experience.
    • Monitor website analytics to track visitor engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Client Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for clients from inquiry to registration, addressing any questions or concerns along the way.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Handle various administrative tasks, including IT and HR-related duties, to support activities.
    • Assist with booking appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for project stakeholders.
    • Organize files and maintain documentation related to client agreements, purchase orders, and permits.
  5. Procurement Coordination:

    • Manage the procurement process for equipment, supplies, and services needed.
    • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders.
    • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
