Responsibiliti
• esLead and manage the day-to-day execution of media campaigns with a primary focus on music marketing initiative
• s.Partner closely with Spotify's media agency of record to develop integrated media plan recommendations spanning tactical media investments and high-impact custom activation
• s.Oversee campaign execution and performance, ensuring programs launch successfully and deliver against established goal
• s.Analyze campaign results and develop clear, actionable reporting that highlights key insights, learnings, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendation
• s.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand/creative, strategy, and agency partners to ensure cross functional alignment on all campaign
• s.Serve as a resource and thought partner to junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the planning, execution, reporting, and optimization proces
• s.Provide oversight of campaign performance reporting and collaborate across teams to ensure learnings and best practices are captured and share
