Key Responsibilities • Deliver weekly evidence-based treatment via synchronous live video sessions, helping adults address a variety of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. • Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance while minimizing administrative burdens. • Implement automated symptom assessments and progress tracking tools to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes. • Engage in continuous professional development sessions and receive support from the Therapy Leadership Team to advance your skills and knowledge. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, welcoming individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications • A valid and independent license in the state of Oregon or other states within the U.S. as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credentials. • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. • Experience and comfort with technology, including virtual therapy platforms, to enhance clinical practice. • Strong commitment to providing equitable and culturally sensitive care to all patient populations. Preferred Experience • Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a significant advantage, as understanding the nuances of virtual care can enhance your effectiveness as a counselor. • Having dual licensure across multiple states is a plus, expanding your ability to serve clients in various jurisdictions. • A strong background in specific evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR can benefit your practice. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
