Work Environment
This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location while being part of an outpatient office setting. As part of a growing online therapy community, you will have access to a suite of digital tools and platforms that streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the burden of excessive paperwork. You will also benefit from regular interaction and collaboration with fellow therapists and psychiatric providers through our digital portal.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver weekly evidence-based treatment via synchronous live video sessions, helping adults address a variety of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
• Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance while minimizing administrative burdens.
• Implement automated symptom assessments and progress tracking tools to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development sessions and receive support from the Therapy Leadership Team to advance your skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
• A valid and independent license in the state of Oregon or other states within the U.S. as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credentials.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Experience and comfort with technology, including virtual therapy platforms, to enhance clinical practice.
• Strong commitment to providing equitable and culturally sensitive care to all patient populations.
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a significant advantage, as understanding the nuances of virtual care can enhance your effectiveness as a counselor.
• Having dual licensure across multiple states is a plus, expanding your ability to serve clients in various jurisdictions.
• A strong background in specific evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR can benefit your practice.
Compensation and Benefits
