What You'll Do:
- Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Advise clients on:
- Acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances
- Spin-offs, carve-outs, and recapitalizations
- Leveraged buyouts and tender offers
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements
- Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Navigate complex corporate and structural issues in high-stakes deals
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw preferred)
- Strong experience with:
- Domestic and cross-border transactions
- Buy-side and sell-side deal execution
- Deep understanding of:
- Corporate structuring and transaction strategy
- Complex deal mechanics across multiple industries
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Strong business judgment and client-first mindset
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Active bar admission (or ability to waive in)
