Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced document specialist who can reformat, customise, and re-brand an existing documentation pack.
What the job involves:
Reformatting the full documentation pack (policies, procedures, forms, etc.)
Adding new logos, branding, headers, and footers
Updating styling, formatting, and layout to ensure a professional and consistent look
Making changes based on a style and branding guide that will be provided
Delivering the final pack in clean, editable formats (Word / PDF)
Ideal Freelancer:
Strong experience in document design, reformatting, branding, or professional templates
Familiar with NDIS documentation (preferred but not essential)
Detail-oriented, fast turnaround, and able to follow instructions precisely
Good communication and ability to provide suggestions for professional improvement

All content is already created — this job is mainly about formatting, branding, and presentation, not writing from scratch.
