If you have 5+ years of experience in public entity claims pertaining to Employment Practice Liability (EPL) and (CSA) and would like to join one of the premier teams in the industry, we are looking for someone with your level of expertise.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONSEducation & LicensingBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Must have earned the IIA-AIC designation and be actively pursuing another professional insurance designation.Experience
Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Skills & Knowledge WORK ENVIRONMENTWhen applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlinesPhysical: Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $95,000.00 to $140,000.00 USD annual salary. Bonus eligible.
