Job Description:
• Mentor Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customer-facing engineers
• Provide on-site and phone support to the Field Service Organization
• Take ownership of resolving assigned technical issues
• Provide technical assistance and project management for escalations
• Support new products introductions and installations on-site and remotely
• Provide leadership and training to the Field Organization
Requirements:
• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Biomed or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience Healthcare / IT Technologies
• CCNA certification is required
• CCNP is preferred with Enterprise network troubleshooting experience
• VMware certifications or equivalent experience
• Wireshark Certified Network Analyst or equivalent experience
• Microsoft and other certifications are a plus (ie. MCTS, MCITP, VM WARE)
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting
