Required Skills & Technical Stack

• eCommerce platform: Shopify (mandatory requirement)

• PIM: eg. Comestri or Ommni

• OMS / POS: NewStore

• ESP: Klaviyo

• Personalisation: Nosto

• Analytics / tracking: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

• Digital marketing platforms: Meta, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, TikTok, Pinterest, Lexer

• Triage discipline: able to work through API/log-level evidence to determine whether a fault is vendor-side, internal config, or dev/integration code, before escalating

• Vendor management across 10+ external partners; comfortable owning tickets end-to-end (scoping, prioritisation, backlog, testing, internal training/documentation)
