The Position:
We’re looking for a heart-centered, intrapreneur coach.
Intrapreneurship is the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within a large organization.
Someone entrepreneur minded, who believes in going further together than alone. A coach who’s smart, sharp, passionate, and talented with a great attitude and a tremendous spirit of resourcefulness.
Requirements:
• Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or another nationally recognized organization.
• Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM CNC, Precision Nutrition (PN), NCI, ISSA Nutrition, or an equivalent certification.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to invest in the right person who is highly coachable and aligned with our mission.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with clients.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients while maintaining a high level of service.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative team environment.
• Passionate about helping women create lasting lifestyle change—not just temporary weight loss.
Responsibilities:
• We specifically help women age 30-37 with body recomposition and fat loss. Most of them are former athletes or have a background in training but cannot put it together on their own and need the help of a coach. This is our ideal client.
• Managing client’s via our online platform, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Slack.
• Supporting clients through 1-1 and group communication, answering questions, and building strong connections and relationships.
• Willingness to step in and assist the team of coaches with client issues, on an as-needed basis.
• Attend weekly meetings.
• Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.
• Maintain at least a 90% retention rate for current clients.
