• Create & Manage Advertising Campaigns – Write and place targeted ads across various digital platforms to generate high-quality inquiries.
• Conduct Structured Interviews – Speak with prospective candidates over the phone to assess their potential and alignment (scripts and training provided).
• Implement a Proven System – Follow a step-by-step process to drive results and achieve your growth goals.
• Facilitate Connection Calls – Coordinate Q&A sessions between candidates and experienced team leaders.
• Mentor and Support New Team Members – Provide onboarding guidance and encourage early success through structured support.
