Job Description

Requirements
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies
- Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of South Airlines products and services
- Document interactions and follow-up on customer inquiries as needed
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
