About the Role:We are seeking dedicated and experienced online tutors to provide high-quality academic support to students in grades 9 through 12. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for educators, graduate students, or professionals passionate about helping teens succeed academically.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects such as Math, Science, English, and/or Social Studies
• Tailor instruction to meet individual learning styles and academic goals
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to track progress
• Create or adapt lesson plans and materials as needed
• Maintain professional, engaging, and interactive online learning environments
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Math, Science, English, etc.)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially with high school students (grades 9–12)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students online
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and familiarity with online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar
• Must be organized, punctual, and responsive
Preferred Qualifications:
• Teaching credential or certification
• Experience with standardized test prep (SAT, ACT, etc.)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
