Position Title: Operations Analyst Reports to: Director of Customer Success Position Overview: As an Operations Analyst, you will lead and oversee core operational strategies and ensure scalable, effective systems that support long-term client success and internal efficiency. This position is responsible for inventory control systems, system configuration strategies, and hardware deployment oversight, serving our commitment to precision and operational excellence. You will work independently under the general direction of the Director of Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and efficient processes across our operational landscape. This position may require travel. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Knowledge or experience in the hospitality market, including EPOS systems, mobile and kiosk solutions. Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and provide strategic guidance. Proficiency in Inventory systems and project management tools. Advanced analytical skills to interpret operational trends and drive data-informed decisions. Responsibilities: Strategic Operations Support Serve as an integral part of the Operations team, offering 1st and 2nd line support to clients via phone and email channels Work effectively within the Cinchio Team to resolve project issues, utilizing solution-focused communication. Manage testing & deployment for installations Oversee client operations protocols and develop scalable frameworks for support delivery. Provide high-level guidance to resolve escalated client issues and ensure alignment with SLAs. Operate autonomously in identifying and implementing operational improvements. Inventory Control & Administration Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise inventory control systems. Maintain and track accurate inventory levels, manage stock adjustments, and ensure compliance during audits. Make inventory-related recommendations to leadership based on data and performance trends. System & Hardware Configuration Design and implement configuration strategies for EPOS databases and Cinchio's software platform to meet client and business-wide needs. Oversee hardware configuration and testing strategies, ensuring components meet deployment standards Project Management Build strong relationships for sustainable future business and repeat engagements. Attend team meetings to provide updates on project status and share successes and challenges to foster continual business improvements. Manage cross-functional initiatives and drive project execution. Ensure that operational workflows align with strategic goals and client expectations. Attend team meetings to provide strategic updates and insights that foster business improvements.     Compensation and Benefits Full-Time, Exempt.  $75 monthly cell phone stipend. Locations include: Arizona, California, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, D.C.. Colorado: Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA). Maryland: Employees accrue at least 1 hour of paid sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per 0year, as required under the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act.
