Responsibilities:
- Utilize remote technology to access our inventory management system and receive real-time order notifications.
- Retrieve and pick items from the warehouse using automated or robotic systems under your remote control.
- Collaborate with on-site staff and provide clear instructions for packing and labeling orders.
- Conduct quality control checks remotely, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of each order.
- Communicate effectively with on-site personnel through audio or video conferencing tools to address any issues or provide guidance.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Meet productivity targets and maintain a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate digital interfaces and remote control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with on-site staff and provide clear instructions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items as required.
