Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned Midwest territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events
- Conduct on-site visits to farms, dealerships, and agribusinesses to present products and services
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions for product application and performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Attend trade shows, field days, and industry events to represent the company and expand networks
