We’re seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads. This role goes beyond simple post boosting our ideal candidate can create campaigns from budgets, creative, and copy, set up and manage ad accounts, analyze performance metrics, and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across social media and search platforms.
  • Set up and maintain manager accounts on Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for best results.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement campaign strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Provide regular reports on ad performance, spend, and ROI.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ad account setup, billing, and campaign structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow clear direction while navigating ad platforms efficiently.
