**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, as well as updating client and company information. This is a 3-4 month contract position, with the possibility of extending or converting to a permanent role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
* Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely manner
* Update client and company level information, including delivery addresses and contact information
* Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure data consistency across systems
* Collaborate with the team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
