Job Description:

As a Live Chat Agent, you will engage with customers through our online chat platform, assisting them with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel information.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
