Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Instruction
- Teach students in-person or on virtual training platforms (asynchronous and synchronous) in Graduate School USA's Federal Auditing programs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on specialized subjects, complementing instructor presentations with supportive educational materials.
- Develop lesson plans, special assignments, and projects for students as needed.
- Ensure stimulating classroom learning experiences, utilizing a variety of instructional strategies and media to engage students.
- Respond to students' questions on the subject matter, presenting assigned class material in accordance with established learning objectives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with Graduate School USA guidelines and processes.
Requirements: Expertise in Government Audit Practices and Adult Education
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of ten years of professional experience in a federal government audit setting, with a deep understanding of government audit practices and procedures.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher, with optional certifications such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or the Certified Government Training Professional (CGTP) a plus.
- Experience in successful classroom presentation and instruction in a virtual or in-person environment.
- The ability and willingness to instruct Basic and Intermediate level courses in the Federal Audit program.

To ensure a seamless virtual learning experience, you will need:
- A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OSX with MacOS 10.9 or later.
- A large or dual monitor setup.
- A broadband wired or wireless internet connection.
- Speakers and a microphone (built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth).
- A Webcam or HD Webcam (built-in or USB plug-in).
