Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Experience
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Familiarity with remote work environments and tools is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
