Role Description We are currently seeking Pre-Licensed seeking Licensure and Independently licensed clinicians (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) to join our fully remote team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for therapists looking for flexibility while still being part of a supportive and values-driven practice. Clinicians will carry a starting caseload of approximately 10-15 client sessions per week, with the option to grow into a full-time caseload of around 25 sessions per week for those interested in expanding their role. This is a telehealth position focused on providing compassionate, client-centered care in a structured but flexible environment, with administrative and billing support provided so clinicians can focus on what they do best. Qualifications • Pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure are welcome to apply (anticipated start date: late September 2026). • Active, independent clinical license in Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in good standing. • Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth, including strong clinical interviewing, assessment, and diagnostic skills. • Background or strong interest in women’s mental health, family therapy and children/teen work including anxiety, stress, family dynamics, and trauma-informed work. • Ability to maintain organized, thorough, and timely electronic health records and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic alliances in a virtual environment. • Comfort working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with colleagues for consultation and support. • Familiarity with insurance-based outpatient practice, including basic understanding of medical necessity and treatment planning for insured clients. • Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory, and culturally responsive care for clients of diverse backgrounds, identities, and family structures. • Reliable high-speed internet, a private and professional telehealth workspace, and basic proficiency with video conferencing and electronic health record platforms. • Availability for a consistent part-time schedule, including some late afternoon or evening hours Benefits & support Fully remote, telehealth-based position (work from anywhere in Massachusetts • Flexible scheduling with evening and weekend availability option • Supportive, collaborative practice culture • Administrative, scheduling, and billing support provided • Referral stream to help build and maintain caseload • PTO accrual (for eligible W-2 clinicians) • Opportunities for performance-based incentives and clinician appreciation rewards • Clear pathway from part-time (10 clients/week) to full-time (25 clients/week) • Ongoing support during insurance credentialing and onboarding (~90 days typical) • Focus on work-life balance and sustainable caseloads Learn more about our practice and apply by visiting: visitmhw.org We look forward to welcoming thoughtful, compassionate clinicians to our growing team.
