We are looking for a Personal Assistant based in Mexico City to support a CEO and founder of a design-tech startup. This role requires someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
You will support the CEO with daily tasks, email and calendar management, priority tracking, and occasional personal assistance, as well as attend offline meetings when needed.
Responsibilities:
Email and calendar management
Daily task and priority tracking
Scheduling meetings and follow-ups
Supporting CEO with operational and personal tasks
Being available for in-person meetings in Mexico City
Requirements:
Experience assisting a CEO or executive
Based in Mexico City
FLUENT ENGLISH
Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Highly organized, responsible, and proactive
Interest or background in interior design or creative fields is a strong plus
