The Installation Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience by leading the planning, installation, and ongoing support of PickPoint solutions at customer locations. This role combines technical expertise with strong project coordination and customer engagement to ensure successful implementations, minimal downtime, and long-term client satisfaction. This position partners closely with internal teams and customers to proactively troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery. Position Location

This is a remote-based position for candidates based in the East-coast region of the US.
