The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Part-Time Podcast Production Specialist to support a well-established marketing agency specializing in legal marketing. This role is focused on transforming podcast episodes, Riverside recordings, and other video content into polished short-form and long-form assets for social media distribution. The ideal candidate understands how to identify strong hooks, engaging moments, and platform-ready clips that help maximize content reach across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and similar channels.

This is a collaborative remote role where you’ll work closely with the internal team to help maintain a consistent stream of engaging visual content while supporting established brand guidelines and creative workflows.

Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱45,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.
