We are currently searching for a Product Specialist that will work in tandem with the Direct Sales team, Product Development, and Professional Services. You will provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process.
Responsibilities
Lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences
Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations for late stage and enterprise opportunities
Maintain strong industry knowledge of Salesforce and AWS to inform demonstration strategy and speak credibly to platform architecture with prospects
Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments
Own and continuously maintain a designated Subject Matter Expert area, sustaining deep, current expertise in the assigned line(s) of business and serving as the definitive authority for that domain to both internal teams and prospects
Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific data requests
Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality
Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment
Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations
Serve as a knowledge transfer resource, translating banking expertise and product functionality for both internal teams and prospects
Serve as the driving force behind AI adoption within the nCino platform and across pre- sales processes, championing Intelligence Everywhere capabilities in prospect demonstrations and embedding AI-driven efficiency into the team's demo, discovery, and enablement workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a comparable field
8+ years' experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance
Proven ability to build rapport with multiple teams, especially in a Sales environment
Ability to be flexible with new challenges and constant change in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly describe, educate, and persuade
Hands-on experience working directly within core banking or lending operations (e.g., commercial or retail banking), combined with software/technology experience; candidates who bring both are strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Highly professional demeanor with the ability to present in front of large groups
Ability to react quickly to complex scenario
Desired Candidate Skills
Salesforce experience
Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience
Extensive knowledge in areas of Loan Origination Workflow, nCino, SFDC best practices, etc.
Travel Requirements
Position requires up to 60% travel

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:
$121,900.00 - $213,300.00
