Job description: Procurement Data Entry ClerkChantilly, VA, USA Req #495Thursday, May 29, 2025Koniag Government Services is hiring a Procurement Data Entry Clerk to support its Contracts and Procurement Organization. Under the supervision of the Subcontracts Manager, the Data Entry Clerk is responsible for supporting the procurement functions in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment, with emphasis on compliance, operational efficiency, and customer service. Ability to interact with multiple internal departments (finance, program management, A/R and AP) and perform consistently with the firm’s approach to data quality management.Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Populate JAMIS Subcontract template from various sources (data files, subcontract hard copy files).
• JAMIS data entry including upload function.
• Contract brief updates.
• Other duties and data entry projects as assigned.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• This position requires U. S. Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of a company.
• Must be a team player willing to ensure projects are completely accurately and in a timely manner.
• Must have a high degree of integrity, work well with others, protect the company’s interests while assuring customer satisfaction.
