About the Job
As the Product Manager for the Browser Extension, you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution in close partnership with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. The Browser Extension is a core part of Keeper’s value proposition, enabling users to securely manage credentials, passkeys, and sensitive data across the web ecosystem — supporting major browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. You will bring deep empathy for users, technical fluency in browser extension technologies, and a passion for delivering secure, performant, and delightful experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and evolve the vision and roadmap for Keeper’s Browser Extension as a core product surface
- Collaborate across product, engineering, design, security, marketing, and customer success to deliver innovative and high-quality features
- Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration
- Stay current with browser ecosystem developments, API changes, and emerging trends
- Work closely with engineering to address browser-specific challenges (compatibility, security, performance optimization)
- Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release processes with engineering leads
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, analyze data, and validate hypotheses to inform product decisions
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide prioritization
- Author clear and concise product documentation, internal enablement content, and customer-facing materials
- Evangelize the Browser Extension both internally and externally as a critical pillar of Keeper’s platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS or security-focused products
- Proven track record of successfully launching browser extensions or similar highly-interactive client-side applications
- Solid understanding of browser APIs, web technologies (JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript), and modern extension architecture
- Familiarity with browser-specific UX, performance, and security considerations
- Strong technical acumen — able to partner effectively with engineering and understand complex system interactions
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to drive decision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across remote teams
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a bias toward execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with password managers, IAM, secrets management, or cybersecurity products
- Understanding of browser security models, extension permission models, and data privacy best practices
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI/UX best practices
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Passion for delivering secure, user-friendly products at scale
