Core Tasks:
- Manage project timelines and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
- Facilitate communication to serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Utilize Asana to track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability across teams
- Keep detailed records of approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and project status updates
- Work closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep projects moving forward efficiently to coordinate deliverables
- Identify potential roadblocks in project execution and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them
- Verify that all deliverables meet client expectations and the quality standards before final delivery
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) is required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus but not required
- Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities
- Knowledge of tools like Monday.com, Google Business
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or UX/UI principles
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
- Experience with managing project budgets or allocating resources effectively
