Role Overview
The Provider Relations Assistant supports the coordination and day-to-day communication between healthcare providers and internal departments. This is a fully remote role with a consistent weekday schedule and no on-call responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Maintain and update provider schedules, serve as a primary point of contact for providers, accurately record provider hours, coordinate travel arrangements, and monitor and respond to the provider relations inbox.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role, and scheduling or provider relations experience is preferred but not required.
