Position Summary
MetaFoundry Labs is seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Inside Sales Development Representative to help introduce our platform solutions to industrial businesses across North America.
This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers, initiating outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling product demonstrations for our Sales Representative. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable engaging decision-makers by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Qualify prospects using established discovery criteria
Schedule product demonstrations for the Sales Representative
Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records within the CRM
Conduct follow-up communications with prospects throughout the sales process
Collaborate closely with the Sales Representative to ensure smooth opportunity handoff
Meet or exceed weekly outreach, meeting, and pipeline objectives
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
Qualifications
1–3 years of inside sales, business development, customer service, or related experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to learn technical products and communicate business value effectively
Experience using CRM platforms is preferred
Experience selling software or technology solutions is a plus

Compensation
$25.00 per hour base hourly rate
Performance-based commission of $585 per closed deal
