About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to handle inbound seller leads generated through direct marketing campaigns.

This is a phone-intensive, consultative sales role focused on qualifying motivated property sellers, building rapport, evaluating opportunities, negotiating offers, and securing signed contracts. The ideal candidate has direct experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, FSBO transactions, subject-to deals, or distressed property sales and understands how to navigate conversations with motivated homeowners.

You will play a critical role in converting inbound opportunities into signed contracts while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and persistence throughout the sales process.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day begins by reviewing new inbound seller leads and prioritizing follow-up opportunities. Throughout the day, you'll speak directly with homeowners, uncover motivation, evaluate property opportunities, negotiate offers, and move qualified prospects toward signed contracts.

You will maintain detailed CRM records, coordinate with internal teams regarding active opportunities, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Consistent follow-up is a critical part of the role, as many deals require multiple touchpoints before converting.

Success comes from building trust, understanding seller motivations, and creating win-win solutions that result in executed contracts.
