We are currently looking for future agents who want to serve Coffee County, Warren County, or Rutherford County.
What You'll Do
• Help clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
• Build relationships within your community.
• Show properties and host open houses.
• Learn how to market homes using social media and digital marketing.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support from our team.
What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Organized and dependable.
• Sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Tennessee real estate license.
