Role Overview

We are a startup helping Canadians become real estate investors through online events, bootcamps, and high-ticket coaching. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Closer who can take highly qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process, negotiate favorable terms, and consistently convert opportunities into signed agreements.

What You Will Do

Manage and nurture a pipeline of pre-qualified seller leads, conduct discovery calls, build trust and establish strong relationships with property owners, negotiate purchase prices, present and submit offers, handle objections, and follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
