Role Overview

In this 6-month contract, you will work within Central Operations as we experiment and roll-out new programs and processes for the Market Operations teams across the United States. This high-impact role is ideal for someone eager to share their expertise in traditional staffing, openly provide feedback on current processes, and support iterative pilots as we collectively develop sourcing, screening and onboarding solutions for workers across all worker classifications looking for long-term work placements.

What You Will Do

Become an internal expert on effective outbound recruiting strategies, best screening practices and optimal onboarding experiences for our workers. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to ensure the Recruiting Team is well-equipped for interviews, and workers receive an accurate depiction of work environment and expectations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc). Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).
