Reddit Community Manager

We're looking for a Reddit Community Manager to own and grow the company's Reddit presence across productivity, work-from-home, ergonomic, home office, and lifestyle communities. You will develop and execute Reddit engagement strategies, create authentic posts and discussions, respond to comments and messages, monitor brand mentions, and report on performance.

This is a full ownership role. You will not be executing a playbook someone else built. You will build the strategy, manage the day-to-day, and drive brand awareness and community growth through genuine participation rather than overt promotion. If you understand Reddit culture deeply, know how to build credibility inside communities without getting flagged as spam, and can work independently without being managed closely, this role is a strong fit.
