As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating demand for our sleep and respiratory products, as well as software solutions, and driving sales growth in a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Northern California market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinicians, and durable medical equipment companies
- Conduct regular sales calls, education, and training to customer accounts, both in-person and virtually
- Manage territory budget to maximize customer impact and achieve sales quotas
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve account-specific objectives and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in medical sales, specifically within the durable medical equipment market
- Proven track record of sales success in the sleep and respiratory durable medical equipment market
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
