The Role

As a Regional Head of Sales focused on the KSA , GCC & Africa market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Convene’s footprint across the region. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven work experience at Regional Leadership position in Business Development role in the SaaS or tech industry, preferably with a focus on B2B products.
- Strong understanding of the market and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
