Lower is a tech-driven retail mortgage lender dedicated to helping more people achieve homeownership and build wealth through real estate. Our focus is on simplifying the mortgage process, driving growth for our branches, and setting the standard for service in the retail mortgage industry.

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Retail Mortgage Lending is a dynamic sales leader responsible for driving production growth, recruiting top-performing mortgage branches and originators, and delivering exceptional service to existing teams within an assigned territory. This role combines strategic leadership, market development, and operational oversight to expand Lower’s retail footprint while ensuring sustainable profitability and compliance.
